This is the car believed to be carrying a North Korean delegation - entering the Japanese embassy in Beijing for the first meeting between the two countries in four years. Earlier this month Tokyo said talks would touch on the contentious issue of the North's kidnapping of Japanese citizens decades ago. The abductions in the seventies and eighties have long been a source of diplomatic friction, with Pyongyang insisting the case was closed. The meeting is also the first between the two nations since Kim Jong-un took control of North Korea after his father's death in December. The talks are expected to last for at least two days.
