Aug. 30 - Despite posting a slowdown in growth in the U.S, WPP says it's business in China is booming, and plans to move back to the U.K will please the country's treasury. ROUGH CUT- NO REPORTER NARRATION

ROUGH CUT- NO REPORTER NARRATION Advertising giant, WPP has posted slightly weaker than expected growth in the second quarter and it's revised down its full year outlook. The firm has confirmed plans to move its headquarters back to the UK, from Ireland, after the government removed the threat of double taxation on overseas earnings by multinational companies. WPP said it will ask its shareholders to vote in December on a proposal to return to the UK. It's also confident in its growth in the Chinese market.
