"It's quite fresh, I mean there is a white section, a light blue section and it goes into these grays and it goes into these very dark kind of gray section."

And Elle Magazine's Creative Director, Joe Zee, says he thinks designers will go carefree and unstructured.
SOUNDBITE: Joe Zee, Creative Director at Elle Magazine, saying (English):
"I think this is the season to throw caution to the wind and just to have fun. And I think we are going to see a lot more clashing of patterns clashing of colors."
Another inspiration this season could be the 2013 release of "The Great Gatsby".
Karla Martinez of "W Magazine" says designers are sure to draw ideas from the much-anticipated film.
SOUNDBITE: Karla Martinez, Fashion Market and Accessories Director, W Magazine, saying (English):
"I think that we'll definitely see the drop waist, the kind of homage to the 1920's through beading and I think metallics are something that designers always play with and I think it's a great way to touch upon on that 1920's feeling."
Twenty-three designers will be showing for the first time at Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week, which begins on September 6th.
