Busting some moves, a whistle-blowing traffic cop gets cars moving and brings delighted pedestrians to a standstill. The officer is from the Clayton County Sheriff's Office and this is just a temporary gig for him. The Democratic National Convention is creating major traffic congestion in Charlotte, North Carolina, and this man and some of his colleagues were asked to hop in and help out.
