ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION)
STORY: The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge took a jungle walk in a Malaysian rainforest on Saturday , amid an ongoing legal battle between the royal family and a French magazine after it published topless photographs of Kate Middleton the previous day.
Prince William and Catherine, otherwise known as Kate, were in Malaysia for a nine-day trip in Asia to commemorate the Diamond Jubilee year of Queen Elizabeth II.
The couple appeared to be in cheerful mood as they toured the Danum Valley Conservation Area in Malaysia's Sabah state on Borneo Island for two hours, exploring the beauty of the humid jungle in Southeast Asia.
Celebrity gossip magazine Closer on Friday, ran a series of photos of Kate sunbathing topless as she and William were on a short vacation at the Chateau d'Autet near Aix-en-Provence in the Luberon region.
A court in Nanterra near Paris said the royal couple's lawyer had filed a motion to expedite the procedure, and Closer's publishers would be heard on Monday.
The royal couple will move on to Soloman islands and Tuvalu on Sunday.
