At least 12 people, including nine foreigners, have been killed after a suicide bomber targets a vehicle near the airport in Kabul, Afghanistan. Witnesses say the vehicle was a mini-bus carrying foreign and local contract workers. Police said nine of those killed were foreigners working for an international courier company. They were mostly of Russian and South African descent. Afghan insurgent group Hezb-e-Islami claimed responsibility the attack and said it was launched in retaliation for a film mocking the Prophet Mohammad, although the group does not usually carry out such attacks.
