(ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION) The UK government will not increase the pace of spending cuts, according to the finance minister George Osborne, speaking at the Conservative Party conference. Recent data suggests the Chancellor will miss his own target of having debt as a percentage of GDP falling by 2015-16. Osborne said he'll be looking to flourishing emerging markets to try to expand on Britain's exports, and will clamp down on tax evasion among the rich.
