Stiglitz: "Raise taxes on the millionaires" - Fast Forward (2:21) 

Joseph Stiglitz, a Columbia University economics professor and Nobel Prize winner, tells Reuters correspondent Jennifer Ablan that his biggest economic fear is the fiscal cliff and it is clear that the U.S. should raise taxes on the rich to help solve the debt crisis. He adds that millionaires are keeping some of their income in offshore locations like the Cayman Islands to protect it from taxes. (October 25, 2012)
