Local media in New Zealand reported on Monday (November 12) that police arrested a man suspected of planning an attack on Charles and Camillla.
According to Television New Zealand, an anti-Royal protester was apprehended ahead of the Royal visit to the SkyCity Convention Centre in Auckland where the Prince of Wales and the Duchess of Cornwall greeted crowds waiting in pouring rain to catch a glimpse of the couple.
The protester was named by TVNZ as 74-year-old Sam Bracanov, who was reportedly arrested after he was captured on CCTV in downtown Auckland.
