Four children were among the victims, while 30 more were wounded in the Saturday blast. Many fear an escalation of attacks by Sunni militants, who have targeted Shi'ites in a series of bombings over the last few days, killing more than a dozen. The bomb, set off using a television remote, following the banning of mobile phones, comes as Shi'ites observe the climax of the mourning month of Muharram. This city is a stronghold for al Qaeda linked Sunni hardliners who aim to destabilize Pakistan.
