Jacintha Saldanha received the hoax call early on Tuesday morning at the King Edward VII hospital. Three days later she was found dead. Police said the death was being treated as unexplained but they were not looking for anyone else, suggesting the nurse had taken her own life. Two Australian DJs are behind the prank call to the hospital. They impersonated Queen Elizabeth and Prince Charles, leading the hospital to reveal personal details about the Duchess of Cambridge's condition. On the streets of London residents expressed sadness that what began as a simple hoax has ended in tragedy.
