The Daily Digit today is 46%. Forty-six percent of employers expect to give their staff holiday bonuses this year, according a CareerBuilder survey. It's a nice improvement from last year, when only 40% of bosses were keen on anteing up the extra compensation. And its way up from 2010 when just 33% got bonuses. Nearly one in five say the amount workers get will be bigger than last year. There is also going to be a lot more celebrating and gifting. Six in ten employers are throwing a holiday party and 36% give holiday gifts- both higher than the last couple of years. And at least some of the workers are in a giving mood as well- - 22 percent or workers will buy gifts for their bosses.
