These are the victims of the latest attack on schoolchildren in China.
Twenty-three youngsters and an adult were wounded as a knifeman attacked them at the gates of their school.
Xinhua news agency said the bloodshed happened in Chenpeng village in Henan province.
The knifeman struck on Friday, the same day as the massacre at Sandy Hook elementary school in the United States.
Police have arrested a 36-year-old man, said to be a resident of the village.
State television said police were still trying to uncover the motive for the attack.
It's the latest in a series of such incidents in China, some by people who have lost their jobs or felt left out of the nation's economic boom.
The wave of violence has led to calls for more protection for the young in a country where many parents have only one child.
