Baby Elijah Joseph Daniel Furnish-John was born last Friday (January 11) in Los Angeles via a surrogate mother. He's weighing in at just over eight pounds, according to Hello! online. Sir Elton and Furnish already have a son, two-year-old Zachary, but the new arrival makes the family complete they said. The proud parents are said to be "overwhelmed with happiness and excitement" about baby number two. The couple confirmed the news on John's official website. They had previously issued a statement shortly before their son's birth last week, saying reports they were parents again were "false". Sir Elton and film producer Furnish have been in a relationship for almost 20 years, and entered a civil partnership in 2005.
