Syrians report forces burnt, shot over 100 in Homs

SOUNDBITE: Women wearing veil saying (Arabic) :
"They entered the houses and killed the women and the children and burnt them. We were sleeping, we had nothing on us. Suddenly we woke up and they were there and they killed our women and men, they violated our women and we are a destitute and we have nothing, nothing at all... we are not rebels."
A UK based monitoring group reported that government forces stormed the neighorbood overnight stabbing, shooting and burning their way through the impoverished neighborhood.
Darraya --- a suburb of Damascus and the purported focus of government forces who are seeking to push out rebel fighters, stalking them in tanks and targeting their strongholds with fighter jets --- Assad's remaining advantage in a conflict that is galloping toward the two-year mark.
