Excitement on the streets as Obama begins second term

Jan. 20 - Crowds are gathering in Washington, DC as President Obama begins his second term in a private White House ceremony. Deborah Lutterbeck reports.

U.S. President Barack Obama takes the official oath for his second term in a small, private ceremony at the White House.
Obama, will be sworn in publicly for his second term Monday in a much bigger ceremony outside the U.S. Capitol.
As many as 800,000 people are expected to attend the ceremony.
(SOUNDBITE) (English) NORTH CAROLINA STUDENT, KAYLA HOBSON, SAYING:
"It's awesome like, its like amazing just being here with our classmates and everything, just seeing history. because this is like once in a lifetime -- it only comes once every four years."
As visitors gather in Washington they are already collecting memories.
Outside on the streets, final preparations are underway.
Obama's speech Monday is expected to set the tone for the start of his second term. An event some hope to capture for a life time.
