STORY: Jennifer Lopez dazzled in white as she hit the red carpet for her new film "Parker" in New York on Wednesday (January 23).
For Lopez the premiere doubled as a homecoming.
"I can't remember the last time, probably somebody will be like, 'It was last year Jennifer.' But you know, I forget, I am always so on the move sometimes, I forgot what like, yesterday. But it's always great to come back to New York and be in your hometown and feel that love. And you know, every time I go out of the hotel the fans are there. It's just something about it, you know, it's home," she told Reuters.
The a-lister stars alongside Jason Statham in the crime thriller based on the best-selling novels by Donald E. Westlake.
In the movie Statham plays Parker, a Robin Hood-like thief looking to settle a score with his crew after they steal his money and leave him for dead. His character encounters Lopez, a determined real estate agent down on her luck, in Florida. Action ensues as the duo formulates a plan to steal back the money without leaving a trace.
"Parker" will hit U.S. theaters on January 25th.
