Love is in the air at this Tokyo park. Dozens of husbands gathered to publicly declare their love for their wives - an unusual sight especially here in Japan where modesty is valued over outspokenness. So five years ago this event was started to give the staid men a platform to express their true feelings. And the wives admit their husbands' heart-felt message makes them weak at the knees. SOUNDBITE: 33-year-old Wife Of Takeshi Todo, Yuko, Saying (Japanese) "He's very fabulous and manly today. It just reminded me how macho he used to be; the fact that I've forgotten for last eight years since I married him." And all his embarrassments are gone at the sight of her smile.
