Chris Brown is facing another legal battle - this time with fellow R&B star Drake. The duo have filed lawsuits against each other stemming from a fight the two had at a New York City nightclub last June. A French model, who was hit with a bottle during the brawl, is suing both singers for injuries, forcing Brown and Drake to file legal documents placing the blame on each other. Drake and Brown each claim they were not responsible for the fight and want the other to pay any damages should the model win the suit. Pink launched her world tour in Phoenix on Wednesday (February 13), performing for a sold-out crowd. The singer's "The Truth About Love" tour will travel throughout the U.S. in February and March; run through Europe in April and May; and wrap in Australia in September. Ben Affleck may not have received a Best Director nod for the Oscars, but he will take part in the show telecast. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences has announced that the "Argo" director will present an Oscar at the ceremony - as will Jessica Chastain and Jennifer Lawrence. Finally, James Franco arrived to the L.A. premiere of his latest film "Oz the Great and Powerful" via hot air balloon. The star hovered over an excited crowd. The film, a prequel to "The Wizard of Oz," opens on March 08.
