New revelations emerge in the horsemeat scandal that's spreading across Europe. Three men were arrested in the UK Friday for selling horsemeat to be used in products like kebabs and burgers... as Britain's food regulator said it had found 29 positive tests for horsemeat in UK retailer samples. EU Health Commissioner Tonio Borg told Europeans not to panic. (SOUNDBITE) (English) EUROPEAN UNION HEALTH COMMISSIONER TONIO BORG SAYING: "We should not create panic ourselves if there is not indication in this regard, because as you know sometimes the reaction can be irrational." Concern grew last week when the British unit of frozen foods group Findus began recalling its beef lasagne, after tests showed concentrations of horsemeat ranging from 60 to 100 percent. French meat-processing company Spanghero had its operating license temporarily suspended... as the government investigates whether the company knowingly sold horsemeat labelled as beef. Spanghero president Barthelemy Aguerre: (SOUNDBITE) (French) HEAD OF SPANGHERO BARTHELEMY AGUERRE SAYING: "The order was for beef, and we took that to be beef, but obviously we don't open the cases, we are not going to rummage inside to find out what it is." British supermarkets, including Tesco and Wal-Mart's Asda, have all recalled products sold as beef... containing horse DNA.
