(Rough Cut (No reporter narration). On the question of so called currency wars, Draghi agreed with the G20, who met on Saturday saying there would be no currency war. He also said that the ECB had done a lot when it came to increasing liquidity in the financial system. But getting that liquidity into small and medium firms was an ongoing challenge and that it was not the job of the ECB to force banks to lend to companies.
