Oscar Pistorius spent a second consecutive day in a Pretoria court for a bail hearing Wednesday, as he stands accused of murdering his girlfriend Reeva Steenkamp. Because usually in South Africa, we must promote a motto to embrace our women and to respect our women as far as women and children's rights are concerned."
