What are the chances of giving birth naturally to two sets of identical twins?
Take a guess ... 1 in 70 million. Yes, you heard that right.
But that's just what happened to Tressa Montalvo and her husband Manuel on Valentine's Day.
The new mom delivered two sets of identical twins -- Ace, Blaine, Cash and Dylan at the Woman's Hospital of Texas in Houston.
SOUNDBITE: Manuel Montalvo, new father saying (English):
"Basically I just pumped my fist and was like 'yes!' Home run," he said.
SOUNDBITE: Tressa Montalvo, new mom saying (English):
"We do feel like we hit the jackpot, yeah. But we didn't know the odds were like, that great."
The babies were delivered by C-section and were not conceived using any fertility drugs.
