3D study offers clues to violence and 'bystander effect' (2:57) 

Feb. 21 - The 'bystander effect' describes a phenomenon in which the greater the number of people who witness a violent incident, the less likely it is that anyone will intervene. For behavioral psychologists it is an extremely difficult subject for study but now, a virtual reality tool depicting a troubling scene in a bar, is giving them new insight.
