ROUGH CUT - NO REPORTER NARRATION Heavy fog blanketed parts of eastern and central China on Sunday, disrupting ground and air traffic, state media reported. In Hangzhou city in eastern Zhejiang province, dense fog reduced visibility to no more than 100 metres, according to state television CCTV. Some of the highways in the province were forced to close and flights were delayed due to thick fog, CCTV added. Fog also hit Beijing and parts of Shanxi, Henan, Jiangsu and Shandong province on Sunday, lowering visibility to below 1,000 metres, according to official Xinhua news agency.
