Many of the actresses took a nod from Hollywood's past by going for glamor over slick looks. SOUNDBITE: Rachel Zalis, fashion expert, saying (English): "Hollywood glam hair was huge. We've seen a lot of tight chignons in the past. This was very loose, old Hollywood waves. Reese Witherspoon, I mean she just looked stunning in navy blue and black with the loose waves. Jessica Chastain, oh my gosh, love with her whole look." But where there are winners, there are always losers. For many, best supporting actress winner Anne Hathaway lost when it came to her Prada dress. SOUNDBITE: Rachel Zalis, fashion expert, saying (English): "I love Anne Hathaway, but not in love with that pink, blush Prada gown. It was a little blah from the front. I heard her nipples on that dress have their own Twitter feed right now. It was definitely causing a lot of stirring on the Twitterverse. One person said to me, she went from 'Les Miserables' to Les Miserable."
