Feb. 27 - At 114 years old, Misao Okawa is the oldest living woman in the world. The Guinness Book of Records confirmed her status with a certificate in Osaka, Japan. Jeanne Yurman reports.

The Guinness Book of World Records has officially named Misao Okawa of Japan the world's oldest living woman.
Born in 1898 during the Spanish-American war, Okawa clocks in at 114 years old.
And how does 114 feel? Surrounded by family in Osaka, the supercenturian was concise.
(SOUNDBITE) (Japanese) 114-YEAR-OLD MISAO OKAWA SAYING:
"Given everything, it's pretty good."
She has never had a major illness and only now uses a wheelchair to keep from falling over.
Next week Okawa will rack up one more year of living on March 5th as she turns 115.
