Residents walk through war ravaged streets in a town in north central Syria.
Streets are littered with the debris.
Blood spills on the floor of a morgue -- in a conflict that has already cost at least 70,000 lives.
More footage, which could not be independently verified by Reuters, shows explosions over the Damascus skyline.
This comes amid reports that rebels are holding U.N peacekeepers near the Golan Heights -- demanding that Syrian government forces pull back from rebel held villages.
In Damascus government tanks move the streets as the Arab League gives a green light to member states to arm rebels.
