At least three people are killed and dozens are wounded by a suicide car bomb attack in Iraq. The attack took place just west of Kirkuk, the ethnically mixed city in Iraq. The bomb exploded near a police station and a school building. A large number of school students were wounded in the blast. No one is claiming immediate responsibility. This Kurdish region has increasingly clashed with Baghdad by signing oil agreements with companies like Exxon Mobil, deals the central government dismisses as illegal.
