(SOUNDBITE) (English) JUDGE THOMAS LIPPS SAYING: "It is the court's decision that both of the defendants are both adjudicated delinquent beyond a reasonable doubt on all three counts as charged." Trent Mays will be held for at least 2 years in a juvenile facility. I'm sorry to put you guys through this. And I'd just like to" Both defendants are required to register as juvenile sex offenders, and there could be more charges. The case drew national attention after a photo and video that appeared to document the assault were posted online. An anonymous video was posted video showing several young men joking about an alleged assault.
