(SOUNDBITE) (Pashto) UNIDENTIFIED INJURED MAN SAYING:
"Some had come to collect flour, others to get of rations. We were all sitting in a queue when suddenly there was a blast. Then I don't know what happened. I was flung a great distance away."
Near the Afghan border, the camp is home to scores of people who have fled fighting between government troops and Islamist militants.
The Pakistan Taliban, locked in a brutal campaign against security forces, has denied responsibility for the attack.
