Some federal programs are escaping what were meant to be across-the-board spending cuts after lawmakers passed a final 2013 budget restoring funds to a select few. (March 22, 2013)

Congress has found a way to ease the sting of the -- Questar is sequestered that's a total of 85 dollars from federal defense and discretionary spending equally. But budget negotiators led by Barbara Mikulski and Hispanic. And representative Hal -- house managed to restore offset cuts to some treatment programs. When they completed the long -- 2013.
