Two tornadoes swept through communities in Victoria state on Thursday (March 21) night, damaging homes and destroying woodland. Two people are in a critical condition. SOUNDBITE: (English) LOCAL RESIDENT, LAUREN FOGERTY SAYING: "I actually understand now how everybody feels when it happens to the people you see on television. It's awful." The tornadoes packed winds of up to 155 miles per hour (250km/h), according to local reports. Weather forecasters say twisters with such force are rare in Victoria.
