Mirren honored, Lopez peforms with Bocelli

March 25 - The day's top showbiz news and headlines including Helen Mirren is honored, Jennifer Lopez performs with Andrea Bocelli, and Kate Upton declines to go to the prom. Bob Mezan reports.

Helen Mirren received the Legend Award from the Jameson Empire Awards over the weekend. While on stage, the Oscar-winning actress called out "Skyfall" director Sam Mendes - who also won that night - noting that he didn't thank a single woman in his acceptance speech. Mirren took the opportunity to call for more support for women in film - and received thunderous applause in response. Jennifer Lopez was in Phoenix, Arizona over the weekend to accept an award from Muhammad Ali's Celebrity Fight Night charity. The singer entertained the crowd, performing a duet in spanish with Andrea Bocelli, then going solo with some of her biggest hits, including "On the Floor." The date for the 2014 Oscars has been announced, and it's a little later then usual. Hollywood's biggest night has been moved to March 02 so that it will not clash with the Winter Olympics. The Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences also announced a February 22 date for the 2015 Oscar ceremony. Finally, Kate Upton has declined to attend the prom. A video of a teen pleading with the model to be his date went viral last week. The Sports Illustrated covergirl told People magazine that she didn't know if she could make it work, but that the she was very flattered.
