PLEASE NOTE: THIS EDIT CONTAINS CONVERTED 4:3 MATERIAL For the last five years, Lindsay Scallan's recollection of her vacation in Hawaii would only be a memory. After losing her underwater diving camera, there would be no tangible evidence of her time there. That is until China Airlines Manager Douglas Cheng found it washed up onto Taiwan's coast - almost 5,000 miles or 8,000 kilometers from where she dropped it. (SOUNDBITE) Douglas Cheng, China Airlines General Manager, saying (Mandarin): "I think the camera probably knew that I work for an airline company, and there was a good chance that it could be reunited with its owner." After posting the pictures online, Scallan was identified as the owner. Memories may fade, but now her pictures will help them last a lifetime.
