"G.I. Joe: Retaliation" is hoping to conquer the weekend box office with a cast of big names that include "The Rock," Channing Tatum and Bruce Willis. The film has hopes of challenging the reigning box office champ, the animated feature, "The Croods" which produced better than expected numbers in its first weekend. "G.I Joe," tells the familiar story of the film franchise, an elite team of fighters looking to tackle "Cobra's" bad guys. If you need more information about the film's plot...you are probably missing the point of this testerone-fueled flick. Also making its debut this weekend is "The Host," the latest screen adaptation of best selling author Stephenie Meyer - the writer behind the "Twilight Saga." The sci-fi film stars Saoirse Ronan, Max Irons and Diane Kruger in a race against time to stop a Zombie invasion. Tyler Perry's "Temptation," a story of a married woman's fling with a handsome billionaire rounds out the expected top three debuts of the weekend films.
