Sure he's the Commander in Chief but keeping command of his jump shot wasn't so easy for President Obama during this shoot around with professional basketball players and children at the White House.
Only two of his more than twenty shots found its target.
White House spokesman Jay Carney was asked about Obama's poor performance
SOUNDBITE: White House spokesman Jay Carney saying:
"I have not spoken to him about that, but the President doesn't get to practice probably as much as he would like to. Having done a few shoot-arounds with him, he's a pretty good shot - pretty good shot."
Obama, a 51-year-old lefty, is an avid basketball enthusiast. It's not unusual for him to play in pickup games at a Washington area military base on the weekends.
