The Ukrainian TV personality who crashed the Grammy Awards has been charged with two misdemeanors and is facing possible jail time.
Vitalii Sediuk, a U.S. correspondent for Ukrainian television channel, 1+1 TV made his way to the Grammys without any credentials or tickets and then made his way on stage as Adele picked up her Grammy award for best pop solo performance.
This was not Sediuk's first brush with controversy.
Last year Will Smith slapped him in the face after he tried to kiss Smith at the Men In Black 3 premiere in Moscow.
Sediuk will be arraigned in court on May 31.
