Rockets in the skies above Homs. Just one of several (rockets) rebel fighters launched at government targets over the weekend - in this latest video posted to a social media website whose content Reuters cannot independently verify. Frustration is close to the surface. SOUNDBITE: Unidentified rebel fighter saying (Arabic): "For more than two and a half years, our children were being killed. We were being killed. The whole world is watching our death. Every day, there's a news excuse. First they wanted us to form a National Council, next they wanted a national coalition, then ministers. We aren't getting support from anyone on this planet." The rebel attack took place as Secretary of State John Kerry promised to double the U.S.'s non-lethal aid to opposition forces to $250 million. Rebels have made little effort to hide their disappointment with the west's refusal to supply them with arms. They are battling the military on several key fronts including Khan al-Assal, which is just seven miles outside of Aleppo. Winning here could be a game changer for the rebels who would then be in a position to cut off supply lines to President Bashar al Assad's forces in Syria's largest city.
