Analysts are growing more pessimistic got SMP ratings owner McGraw-Hill ahead of its earnings on Tuesday. Recently Jefferies downgraded it from buy to hold. Warning that government five billion dollar civil suit against its -- unit represented quote a profound uncertainty and also has one doomsday scenario for the company. The Department of Justice could break up the credit agencies model. Which would mean S&P ratings closes. The bottom line McGraw-Hill loses about half of its value. In the meantime the average price target on the stock has tumbled it's fallen eight per cent to about 57 dollars in the last three months. We'll see who gets knocked down and allotment and Carl icons very public battle over Herbalife. Also started crying says there's high probability it could miss street estimates by a penny.
