Chris "Mac Daddy" Kelly, one half of the 1990s rap duo Kris Kross, has died. While an official cause of death has yet to be confirmed, many entertainment tabloids are reporting that it was an overdose. Kelly was 34.
Lindsay Lohan has finally entered a rehabilitation facility. The actress initially agreed to complete a 90-day rehab stay in the New York area but instead caught prosecutors off guard by checking into a facility in Newport Beach, about 40 miles south of Los Angeles. Since the facility was never approved by prosecutors, a judge has asked that they look into the center and sign off on it. Lohan's attorney is due back in court on May 10 to make sure everything is in compliance.
Finally, Reese Witherspoon gave her first interview since being arrested for disorderly conduct. Appearing on U.S. network ABC's show, "Good Morning America," Witherspoon repeatedly apologized for her behavior saying she panicked after she and her husband were pulled over. Witherspoon faces a May 22 court hearing over the arrest.
