May 24 - In another sharp blow to scandal-plagued Toronto Mayor Rob Ford, several key members of his executive committee at City Hall released an open letter saying they are joining forces to publicly call on him to confront allegations of crack-cocaine use. Deputy Mayor Doug Holyday speaks to reporters about Ford firing his chief of staff and whether the mayor has a substance abuse problem. Rough Cut (no reporter narration).
