Torrential rains trigger flash flooding warnings across the southern part of Texas.
Parts of San Antonio were hit by almost 10 inches of rain on Saturday morning alone.
Local media is reporting that at least one person has died.
Cars and homes are waterlogged.
A news chopper spotted a man who sought safety on a roof top.
Rescue workers were called in.
There have been more than 100 rescues since the flooding started.
