Bieber under investigation, Pitt takes over Times Square

Jun 18 - The day's top showbiz headlines including Justin Bieber is under investigation, Brad Pitt takes over Times Square, and Neil Patrick Harris is headed to Broadway. Bob Mezan reports.

Police are still investigating an accident involving Justin Bieber, where a member of the paparazzi was allegedly struck by his car. Video taken in Los Angeles showed Bieber behind the wheel of his Ferrari, surrounded by photographers as he tried to leave a club. Bieber motioned the photographers to clear out of the way but apparently pinned one between his Ferrari and a parked car as he pulled out. Police said it was not a hit and run, but that the investigation is on-going. Brad Pitt took over New York's Times Square for the premiere of his new film "World War Z." The star walked a red, Z-shaped carpet lined with fans to celebrate the film's U.S. opening. Pitt took time to sign autographs and pose for pictures with the crowd. The film opens in the U.S. on June 21st. Finally, Neil Patrick Harris has signed on to star in the Broadway version of "Hedwig and the Angry Inch." The show will star Harris has the title character - a transgender frontman of a rock band whose life is altered by a sex-change operation that does not go as planned. It's due to open in 2014.
