Overwhelmed by water. Flash floods in Alberta, Canada, caused extensive damage in several towns on Thursday. The floods also destroyed parts of the TransCanada highway, leaving trucks there stranded. Emergency crews had to rescue some residents, while others were caught off guard by the amount of water in their neighborhoods.
