Hailing from Chicago, Walle is the proud winner of the somewhat honorable title of the World's Ugliest Dog of 2013.
He is a mix of Beagle, Basset Hound and Boxer -- a combination that helped him beat out 29 other pooches for the title at the 25th anniversary of the contest in Petaluma, California.
So what gave him the winning edge?
His short legs, large head and the noticeable humped back that according to one judge makes him look as if he's been photoshopped from several different dogs.
But owner Tammy Barbee is not complaining. She's now $1,500 dollars richer.
SOUNDBITE: Walle's owner, Tammie Barbee, Holding Walle and Saying (English)
"What will I do with the prize? We're going to go to New York. (Asking Walle) What are we supposed to do with the prize? Spend it on you? That's right."
Once in New York, Walle is scheduled to make appearances on U.S. national television shows.
