July 18 - The Indian government will set up an inquiry into food given to school children in a nationwide free meal program after at least 23 children died. Deborah Lutterbeck reports.

They gather at a home where one child has already died, and another eight are being treated at the hospital.
They became sick after eating a free meal at school.
The headmistress is nowhere to be found.
Doctors suspect there was insecticide in the food.
Death came so quickly for some that they died in their parents' arms while being taken to hospital.
Authorities said they would set up an investigation into the food program in response to one of the deadliest outbreaks of mass poisoning in years.
