ROUGH CUT (NO REPORTER NARRATION) STORY: Twenty-five members of the Hells Angels motorcycle gang, including the leaders in Mallorca and the head of the German chapter and Europe, were detained in Mallorca, Spanish Police said in a news release on Wednesday. The police also provided video footage of the operation -- dubbed "Casablanca" -- which took place on Tuesday. The Hells Angels' top man in Europe controlled the organization's activities from the Balearic Island of Mallorca, where he owned an estate worth 2.5 million euros, the news release said. The Hells Angels planned to invest in the construction of a Formula 1 circuit on the island, the police statement added. Police said they searched 30 locations and seized a sawn-off shotgun, guns, detonating pistols, a revolver, knives, 10 cars, four high-end motorbikes, boats, close to 50,000 euros in cash, a large amount of jewelry and drugs. Operation Casablanca was carried out by Spanish Police with the cooperation of Interpol, Europol, Eurojust and the authorities in Germany, Austria and Holland.
