July 26 - German officials are warning locals to limit their time outside ahead of a heatwave this weekend which is forecast to bring record high temperatures. Deborah Gembara reports.

In Berlin, they're soaking up the sun ahead and enjoying some time outdoors ahead of a weekend, weather experts warn will bring sizzling heat.
SOUNDBITE: Meteorologist, Thomas Endrulat saying (German):
"It will get warmer. We have a south-west current and high pressure which means that this combination out of warm air and sun rays the temperatures will continue to rise. The highest level will probably be reached on Sunday afternoon or evening."
Experts are forecasting a heatwave with record high temperatures in the neighborhood of 104 degrees Fahrenheit, 40 degrees Celsius,
They're urging locals to limit their time in the sun and stay hydrated.
In the capital, the temperatures is already in the high 80s or low 30s Celsius and local hospitals says they've seen a rise in weather related problems.
In addition to heat, thunderstorms are also expected.
