Three people were killed when a bus returning from a church camp crashed in the U.S. state of Indiana.
The vehicle was travelling in Indianapolis on Saturday (July 27) when it crashed with 40 people on board.
The driver reportedly told a witness that the brakes failed.
Duane Lloyd was in his car when the incident happened.
SOUNDBITE: (English) WITNESS DUANE LLOYD SAYING:
"I heard a skid... and I hesitated for a moment and I stopped and I began to look back and I hear the impact. And then I realize something went behind me, and I stopped, and I see this bus in the air, and people falling out of this bus and... yeah, it was... I could've gone my whole life without seeing that."
It's unclear how many people were injured, but at least two passengers are in a critical condition.
